摘 要:目的评价正畸不锈钢种植体的细胞毒性。方法选择人成骨样细胞系MG-63作为细胞毒性的实验对象,用倒置相差显微镜观察细胞在不锈钢种植体和钛合金种植体浸提液中的生长情况,通过MTT试验检测细胞在培养24h和48h的光密度值和细胞相对增殖率,评价不锈钢种植体的细胞毒性。结果钛合金种植体组的光密度值高于不锈钢种植体组,但两者之间无统计学差异。细胞在两种种植体浸提液中均生长旺盛,形态正常,钛合金种植体组细胞相对增殖率高于不锈钢种植体组,两组细胞毒性分级均为0级。结论不锈钢种植体与钛合金种植体的细胞毒性无统计学差异,符合口腔正畸材料临床应用的要求。Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of orthodontic stainless implant anchorage. Methods Human osteoblast-like cells MG- 63 was chosen to be the cytotoxicity of the object. Observed the growth of the MG-63 cells in the extracted fluid of the stainless implant and titanium alloy implant by inverted phase different microscope .The OD value and relative growth rate (RGR)were measured at the 24 hour and 48 hour through MTT test. Results MG-63 cell grew strongly and showed normal morphology in the extracted fluid of the two implants. Although the OD value and relative growth rate of titanium alloy group were higher than stainless steel group with MTT test,there was no significant difference between the two groups. The level of cytotoxicity was grade 0. Conclusion There was no statistical difference between the stainless implant and the titanium alloy of implant(P > 0.05). The stainless implant is in line with the requirement of its clinical application. The results of experiment provide a biological basis of the stainless implant anchorage.
