摘　　要：用盒式图描述了2000年我国各类卫生人员的空间分布情况并进一步利用Gini系数对我国卫生人力资源配置的合理性进行了评价。结果表明,目前我国卫生人力资源总数不少,但结构不合理,护理人员相对不足,资源配置的地域可及性有待加强。In this paper,Box whisker plot is used to describe distribution of Health Manpower Resources (HMR)of CHina in 2000,as well as evaluation on allocation of HMR is given which based on Gini coefficient.The result shows the structure of HMR is not reasonable and the nurse is insufficient now.Moreover,some positive health policy should be made to improve the geographical acquirement of health resources.
