领导干部人群的心理健康及其人格特征分析

摘　　要：通过采取综合评定方法,运用MMPI-2、16PF和自编的《领导者心理健康量表》等测量工具对401名领导干部被试样本进行多方法、多视角测查分析,发现领导干部人群的总体心理健康状况好于其他正常人群,20%-30%的被试存在一种以上的心理健康异常问题,心理与精神疾病所占比例很小。这表明,领导干部人群的总体心理健康状况良好,且具有积极健康的人格基础。领导干部人群中存在的心理健康异常问题和病症应引起相关部门的关注。To study the mental health status of Chinese executive leaders and its personality background,this study used MMPI-2, 16PF and'Leader's Mental Health Scales'to measure and analyze the mental health status of 401 subjects sampling from the group of executive leaders.We found that the status of mental health of executive leaders is much better than the other norm groups and 20%-30% of subject sample had at least one mental health problem.The status of mental health of executive leaders is rather good and has positive and healthy base of personality.Howere,some mental health problems and few mental disorders must be concerned.
