药物经济学评价在疾病管理应用中的探讨

摘　　要：疾病管理(Disease management)本身即为药物经济学的研究领域,但是目前疾病管理的实践中尚没有统一的评价方法,使得疾病管理项目的实施受到了很大的限制。本文结合国际上疾病管理的现状和我国的情况,探讨药物经济学评价方法在疾病管理中的应用。Disease management per se is in the field of pharmacoeconomics,however, there are not uniform methods of assessment on disease management,which result in a lot of restrictions concerning implementation of the project.Based on realties of disease management both at home and abroad,this paper discusses application of these assessment methods in disease-management.
