摘　　要：供应链管理理论是当今管理学界关注的热点,本文阐述了供应链的概念,分析了供应链管理的含义,从大量供应链管理相关文献中总结提炼出国外供应链管理研究的演进路径,论述了供应链管理相关理论的研究现状和前沿,展望了供应链管理的发展趋势。Supply chain management theory is the focus of attention of the academic management.In this paper we first explain the conception of supply chain;then analyze the meaning of supply chain management.Discuss the foreign research status of relevant theory in supply chain management.At last,we prospect the develop direction of supply chain management.
