县域科技与经济协调度测评研究

摘　　要：发展县域经济是全面建设小康社会的关键,而科技进步是推动县域经济发展的主要动力。在探讨了科技进步与经济发展协调性内涵的基础上,建立了评判科技进步与经济协调发展的指标体系,根据模糊数学理论构建了县域科技进步与经济发展的协调性模糊综合评判模型,并进行了例证分析。证明该模型在评判县域科技进步与经济发展的协调性方面是可行的,并且有一定的指导价值和现实意义。The development of economies within counties is the key to construct well-off society in an all-round way.The technological progress is the main power of promoting the economic development within counties.Based on discussion of the connotation of coordination between the technological progress and the economic development,an index system is set up.And comprehensive fuzzy model for the coordination degree assessment is constructed based on fuzzy mathematics.After empirical analysis,the result shows that this model has actual utility in assessing the coordination on technology progress and economic development within counties,and it has certain supportive and realistic significance.
