摘　　要：口语教学已经在大学英语教学中占据重要地位,口语测试则相对滞后,在实践中,口语测试存在许多有待完善的地方。论文依据心理测量理论、考试学理论、语言测试理论,采用定量和定性相结合的方法,通过对一次大学英语口语测试的设计、实施、结果等主要环节中的重要因素进行考察和分析,发现问题,寻找原因,提出对策,以期为提高口语测试的科学性、准确性提供借鉴和启示。Oral English teaching has played a very important role in college English teaching while the oral English test lags a little behind and still has much room for improvement. Based on psychometrics, the science of assessment, the theory of language test, adopting quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper investigates and analyzes the important factors ,that is, the design, the enforcement and the result of an oral English test, to discover problems, explore reasons and put forward some countermeasures, hoping that some reference and enlightenment can be achieved to make oral English test more scientific.
