摘 要:心理契约理论在社会经济组织中的应用对高校学生管理具有重要的启发意义,为此,通过对比、分析、诠释等方法,在高校学生组织管理中引入心理契约理论,提出在建立共同期望的基础上,组织与学生缔结发展契约,并通过密切与成员沟通、培育组织文化等途径,不断强化契约效能,以此维持人事稳定,促进组织发展,促使高校学生组织更好地发挥育人作用。The application of psychological contract theory in social economy organizations has an important eliciting significance to the management of student organizations in universities.Psychological contract theory is introduced into the management of student organizations in universities through the methods of comparison,analysis,interpretation,etc.It puts forward two ideas.Firstly,psychological contract can be concluded with students by establishing the common expectation.Secondly,by having a close communication with students and nourishing the organization culture among them,the contract effect can be reinforced,aiming at the stable human relations,the development of the student organizations,and the effective role played by student organizations in educating people.
