摘　　要：科学的评价科技人才不仅有助于人才的发现和使用,更有助于人才的成长和进步。本文以医学专业人才为例,提出了科技人才评价的概念、原理、方法、意义、计算公式。Scientific evaluation of science and technology talents will not only contribute to the discovery and use of talents,but also help in the growth and progress of talents.But currently it still has no scientific programmes to evaluate technology talents.This paper takes the medical professional talents as an example,put forward the concept of evaluation of R & D personnel,principles,method,meaning and calculation formula.
