台湾私立高校发展现状及退场机制研究

摘　　要：近年来,台湾私立大专院校数量快速扩增,但由于台湾少子化趋势、教育经费不足等原因,造成台湾私立高等教育质量失衡。为了提升私立高等教育质量,台湾教育部门重新制定了对公、私立大学的评鉴制度,并逐步修订私立学校法律,建立私立大学退场机制。Recently,the quantity of private higher school in Taiwan has grown rapidly.However,because of the falling population of children and the lack of education funds,the quality of private higher school in Taiwan is in the state of disequilibrium.In order to promote the quality of private higher school,the education department in Taiwan has renewed the evaluation policy of university,and revised the law of private school,to establish the quit-market mechanism of private higher school.
