摘　　要：发展青少年篮球运动,提高青少年篮球运动水平,教练员人数的多少和水平的高低是其中一个重要因素。本文针对目前这一热点问题,对内蒙古地区青少年篮球教练员从基本情况、业务水平、事业心状态等方面进行广泛深入的调查,力求最真实、全面地反映这一特殊群体的整体情况,为探讨提高内蒙古地区青少年篮球教练员的素质提供理论依据。The number and quality of coaches is one of the important factors that affect the development of teenager basketball sport and the enhancement of the level of it. Focusing on this present hot issue and based on a wide and through survey on the basic condition, professional level and degree of devotion of the teenager basketball player coaches in Inner Mongolia, this article tries to show the overall condition of this special group in order to provide some theoretical bases for attempt to raise the quality of the basketball coaches of teenagers in Inner Mongolia.
