牙周炎基础治疗前后龈沟液中白细胞介素-6及白细胞介素-10含量变化的研究

摘　　要：牙周炎是侵犯牙龈和牙周组织的慢性炎症,是1种破坏性疾病。细胞因子IL-6及IL-10在牙周炎的发生、发展和组织破坏过程中发挥着重要作用。本文就IL-6及IL-10在牙周炎基础治疗前后追踪观察4wk、6wk、8wk含量变化作一综述,以利于寻求减缓牙周炎的发生发展的更有效的治疗方法。Periodontitis is a violation of gingival and periodontal tissues of chronic inflammation,is a devastating disease.Cytokines IL-6 and IL-10 in the occurrence of periodontitis,development and organization to undermine the process plays an important role.This article on the IL-6 and IL-10 in periodontitis before and after treatment follow-up observation based on four weeks,six weeks,eight weeks content are reviewed in order to facilitate the search for mitigation of the occurrence and development of periodontitis more effective treatment methods.
