摘　　要：胃癌是当前国内外高发的恶性肿瘤之一,占消化道肿瘤的大多数。对于早期胃癌手术切除即能达到根治,而对于进展期胃癌,随着医学及相关学科的发展,采用以手术为主结合化疗、放疗、生物免疫、中医中药及晚期病人的对症支持治疗等疗法的综合治疗,可治愈及延长中晚期胃癌病人的生存期,提高胃癌病人的生存质量。Gastric cancer are high at home and abroad,one of the malignant tumor,accounting for the majority of gastrointestinal cancer.Surgical resection for early gastric cancer that can cure,but for advanced gastric cancer,with the medical and related disciplines of development,the use of surgery combined with chemotherapy,radiotherapy,biological immunity,Chinese medicine and advanced support for the treatment of patients with symptomatic therapy,etc.Comprehensive treatment of incurable advanced gastric cancer and prolong survival time of patients,improve the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.
