摘　　要：垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)是新近发现的一个癌基因,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是一种在体内外均具有多种生物活性的细胞因子,二者在肿瘤的发生、发展、转移等过程中发挥重要作用。对二者的深入研究可以作为临床判定肿瘤侵袭性分子标志及患者预后的判断指标,为肿瘤的综合治疗提供依据。Pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG) is a newly discovered cancer genes,basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) have the various biological activity of cytokines in vitro and in vivo,development,and the transform of cancer.The play an important role in the incidence develepment,and the transform of cancer.Studying on the two factors canbe as invasive cancer clinical judgement of the prognosis of patients with signs and indicators of judgement for the tumor and providing the basis argument for the comprehensive treatment.
