羟基磷灰石义眼台的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨羟基磷灰石 (hydroxyapatite ,HA)义眼台植入的临床应用。　方法 :根据病情 ,分别对 92例患者采用异体或自体巩膜壳包裹的HA义眼台 ,行一期或二期眼眶内植入术。　结果 :术后随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,其中 15例患者 (占 16 .3% )发生与HA义眼台有关的并发症 ,主要有眼台暴露、术后感染、眼台排斥 ,经过对症处理基本获得满意效果。　结论 :了解和正确应用HA义眼台植入术 ,将使眼部整形手术更加完善。Objective: To study the clinical application of hydroxyapatite orbital implants. Methods: According to patients′ clinical condition, 92 cases were treated with primary or secondary orbital implants by using hydroxyapatite warpped in homologous or autologous sclera. Results: Follow up periods were ranged from six months to twenty-four months. Fifteen cases (16.3%) had complications associated with the hydroxyapatite orbital implants. There were implant exposure, implant infection, and implant extrusion. All the patients were successfully repaired by surgery. Conclusion:Comprehension and proper application of hydroxyapatite orbital implants can succeed plastic surgery of ophthalmology successfully.
