表象训练法在普通高校女子排球课教学中的应用

摘　　要：排球作为普通高校一项必设选修课程,由于其技术比较细腻复杂,往往让很多学生望而却步,尤其对身体素质处于弱势群体的女生来说,如何能在最短的时间里让学生掌握排球基本技术,就成为了一个重要的议题。作者将表象训练法运用于女子排球课教学中,取得了良好的效果。As a indispensable optional course in Comman Universities & Colleges,Volleyball's teaching is so delicate and complicated that make a great number of students especially girl students shrink back,Then it becomes a important subject that make students grasp the basic technique in the shortest period.Then author get good effect by using the idea Training method in woman volleyball teaching.
