摘　　要：清末科举制的废除,使近百万旧式文人的安置问题成为一大社会问题。为了稳定局面,安抚民心,清政府采取多种方式,为他们广筹就学、就业出路,取得较好效果。The abolition of Chinese Imperial Examination System made about one million of traditional intellectual in the dilemma. In order to reassure and pacify them, the Qing Government adopted some effective measures, such as providing a lot of chance for them to go on to study or take a job, and achieved good result. Its successful experience was worth using for reference.
