基于内容分析法的美国高等工程教育专业培养目标研究

摘　　要：美国研究型大学、州立大学和社区学院的高等工程教育为美国培养了大批的工程师、工程技术专家和工程技术员。本文借鉴"专业目标分类学"从"知识、技能、素质"三个维度构建专业培养目标体系,并在此基础上,采用内容分析法分别对美国研究型大学、州立大学、社区学院的工程专业培养目标进行研究,得到三类工程人才的专业培养目标在每一维度的具体体现,总结出了工程领导型、工程应用型、工程职业技术型人才的培养目标特点。In America,the engineering programs in Research University,the engineering technology programs in state university and community college provide different environments for the growth of engineers,technologists and technicians respectively.In this paper,'A Taxonomy of Objectives for Professional Education'which forms the system of educational objectives in three dimensions,knowledge, skill and personal quality,is adopted as the reference.On this basis,content analysis is used to analyze the 50 educational objectives respectively in Research University,state university and community college and finally the research gets the specialties in every dimension of the three types of talents.
