载脂蛋白E基因多态性青年冠心病关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 研究载脂蛋白E(apo E)基因多态性与青年冠心痛的相关关系。方法 采用聚舍酶链反应及限制性酶切技术来分析鉴别apo E基因第四外显子中含多态位点的DNA片断。结果 青年冠心病组E3/4基因型及E4等位基因频率明显高于对照组。结论apo E的E3/4基因型及E4等位基因与青年冠心病有关。Objective To investigate the co-relationships between polymorphism of apoE gene and coronary hear disease (CHD) in young people. Methods The polymorphic fragment of DNA in exon 4 of apoE gene was examined by pole-merase chain reaction(PCR)and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP). Results The frequencies of E3/4 genotype and E4 allele in CHD of young people group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion The E3/ 4 genotype and E4 allele of apoE were associated with CHD in young people.
