摘　　要：目的 全部用金属丝低温焊接而成的环弓式活动矫治器,体积小,重量轻,佩带舒适,取戴方便,异物感轻,适用快,不影响语言和饮食及美容,易被患者接受。价格低廉,制作简易,设计灵活,技术难度小。方法用改良的锡焊焊接方法和焊接材料焊接牙用不锈钢丝,用拉力计测量各种焊接方法的焊接点的脱焊力值和各种矫正卡簧的弹力值。效果适应范围广,可用于多种类型的畸形矫治。可随时改换零件,变换矫治方法。结果有可靠的固位力和总体支抗力,矫治力相对缓和,持久,稳定,力度调节直观、方便,力值可在20-200g范围内调节。改进焊接技术,使焊接牢固,很少脱焊。Objective Annular arch removable appliance (shor for AAA) which is soldered with stainless steel wire provide with smaller in volume,lighter in weight and comfortable in wear than plastic support removable appliance. There is a little of unusual sensation. It is suited for no long time and adapted easily by patient. It doesn't influence with language,diet and cosmetology. Its cost is low price. Designing it is flexible and easy to handle. Methods stainless steel wire for dentistry is soldered by reforming the method of soldering and material. Pull meter measure the force of the point of being soldered by way of the different soldering method and material,and the spring for correction. Results The limitation of removable appliance is extended greatly in clinical practice with the way of giving the force on labial and/or lingual side of the tooth. The AAA try to correct deformed a lot of kinds of class. It can change spare parts for substituting the method of correcting at any time. Conclusion There is reliable retention and total support. The corrective force is relatively mitigate, las ting and stable, the measurement of the force may be regulated surveying and convenient within the limits of 20g-200g. The soldered point is fixing considerably and there is a little of breaking away from each other.
