摘 要:在实验生态条件下,观察浓度为5和50μg/dm3的苯并(a)芘和芘的等浓度混合物为期15d的暴露对梭鱼脾脏抗氧化系统指标的影响.结果显示,对脾脏谷胱甘肽硫转移酶和还原型谷胱甘肽含量的影响为诱导效应,对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的影响为先抑制后诱导.3项抗氧化指标的诱导效应基本上出现在暴露后期,具有较好的同步性.高浓度组出现诱导效应比低浓度组显著.说明鱼类脾脏作为免疫器官具有较好的保护自身免受污染物破坏的机制.The effects of the mixture of benzo(a)pyrene and pyrene exposure during 15 d on spleen antioxidant defend system in Liza haematocheila were studied at concentration of 5 and 50 μg/dm^3, in experimental condition. The results express that the activities of glutathione s-transferases (GST) and the content of glutathione (GSH) were induced,the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GPx ) were firstly slight inhibited and then induced. The induction of the three indices mostly appeared at the terminal stage of the exposure and quite at the same time. The induction was more significant at higher concentration groups than at lower concentration groups. These results suggest that the fish spleen, which is an immune organ, can protect itself from the stress of the pollutant.
