摘　　要：校风是学校长期发展过程中的产物。决策观念、集体意识、态度类化、群体行为是校风形成的心理学依据;而教育理念则是校风形成的思想基础,因此学校教育必须结合自己的实际情况,根据心理学原理,建设一个引导师生奋发向上的校风。The school spirit is the result of gradual development of a school. The decision-making process, the sense of collectiveness, the categorization of attitudes and group behaviors are the psychological base of the school spirit. The ideas of education are the ideological base of the school spirit. Therefore, a school must apply the principles of psychology to its actual situation, and build the school spirit that inspires both the teachers and students to strive for excellence.
