摘　　要：消化系统恶性肿瘤对人类健康危害极大 ,许多学者对此作了大量研究 .目前认为绝大多数恶性肿瘤中存在端粒酶活性 ,肿瘤的无限增殖与端粒酶的活化密切相关 .端粒酶活性的检测可作为消化系统恶性肿瘤早期诊断与预后判断的生物学指标 ,理论上可通过抑制端粒酶活性达到治疗恶性肿瘤的目的 .Malignant tumors of digestive system do great harm to people′s heath.Many researchers have conducted a great deal of work in this field.Now people think that most malignant tumors have telomerase activity;There is a good relation between tumor′s unlimited proliferation and promotion of telomerase.Detection of telomerase activity could be used as a biological marker for diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumors in digestive system.In theory,malignant tumors could be treated by inhibiting telomerase activity.
