微环境的改变对阴道毛滴虫体外培养的影响

摘　　要：研究阴道毛滴虫在不同浓度肝浸汤培养基中生长情况和不同浓度乳酸对阴道毛滴虫的影响 .将肝浸汤培养基pH值分别调为 7.2 4,7.0 8,6.48,5 .88,5 .72 ,5 .5 6,5 .42 ,5 .0 5 ,4.62 ,观察阴道毛滴虫在不同pH值下的生长情况 ,计数并统计 .将90 %乳酸加至 5 .72的肝浸汤培养基中分别调至 0 .5 % ,1% ,2 % ,并观察 15 ,3 0 ,60 ,12 0min时阴道毛滴虫死亡情况 ,并于全部死亡后 72h做滴虫复苏实验 .结果表明 ,肝浸汤培养基中微环境的改变对滴虫生长的影响很大 ,5 .42～ 7.0 8其生长较好 ,而在 pH <4.62和 pH >7.2 4时滴虫不能生长 .0 .5 % ,1% ,2 %乳酸浓度下阴道毛滴虫经 2h全部死亡 ,且高浓度中死亡速度快 ,低浓度中滴虫复苏实验有转活 .得出5 .42～ 7.0 8之间可作为滴虫最适生长范围 ,而在 pH <4.62和pH >7.2 4滴虫不能生长 .0 .5 %浓度的乳酸对滴虫有抑制作用 ,1% ,2 %浓度对阴道毛滴虫有杀灭作用 .To examine the changes of microenvironment for the growth of T.V.in vitro and the effect of lactic acids to Trichomonas vaginalis .Methods T.V.were divided into 9 groups which cultured in pH=7.24,7.08,6.48,5.88,5.72,5.56,5.42,5.05,4.62 respectively,the sum total of parasite including the living and the dead, the number of live individual and the rate of the living were recorded everyday.Regulate the lactic acids in to three consolidations: 1%,2%and 0.5%.record the rate of living at 15m,30m,60m and 120m. T.V. living in the 5.42～7.08 grow better than in the other groups especially in the pH of 5.72. T.V.in the lactic acids of 0.5% got a slower death than that in the 1% and 2%. lactic acids of 0.5% can only cause nestnaint to T.V.and lactic acids of 1% and 2% can cause an absolute killing.We can use lactic acids of 1% in the clinic to lure the Bacterial Vaginosis.
