减肥降脂保健品的功能学实验方法研究

摘　　要：通过对动物的实验研究 ,探讨了减肥降脂保健用品的功能学实验方法 .结果显示 ,通过皮肤的药物外用给予受试物透皮吸收 ,同样能够降低实验动物的体重、脂肪重量和血清甘油三酯 ,且能改善微循环 (与对照组比较P <0 .0 5 ) ,达到减肥降血脂的目的 .这对科学评价保健用品的减肥降血脂功能具有重要意义 .Through the animal experiment,discuss the efficiency experiment method of weight reduce and fat lower healthy item;conclude that give the item by skin can also reduce the experiment animal′s weight and it′s serum glyceride,promote the micro blood circle. thisstudy have the great meaning to judge of the weight reduce and fat lower healthy item′ efficiency.
