摘  要:介绍了一种用于小型飞行器机动翼面的展开锁定机构。此机构在机动翼面展开过程中是一运动机构,当翼面锁定后则成为可承受气动力载荷的结构。文中详细介绍了机构的设计原理及特点。地面试验和装机飞行试验结果表明,所设计的机构很好地满足了机动翼面的展开运动要求和气动力承载要求。A kind of mechanism that is used for pushing out and then for locking maneuver-control surfaces of an aircraft is presented in this paper. The maneuver-control surfaces are pushed out by elastic potential energy caused in compressed-spring and turned to locked position when they are released. The principle of mechanism is analyzed on the basis of law of conservation of energy. Test shows that this system has high reliability. This mechanism has been applied to an aircraft successfully.
