摘　　要：从研究高校体育文化功能的视角出发 ,着重论述了加强高校体育文化建设的设想 ,为构建一个良好的高校体育文化氛围提供依据。From the view of the function of physical culture at universities, we emphatically expound our tentative ideas for strengthening physical culture building at universities and provide some references for constructing a good atmosphere of physical culture at universities.
