端粒酶及其组分与恶性肿瘤诊断

摘　　要：本文介绍了端粒、端粒酶及其组分与肿瘤诊断的关系。端粒酶在各种恶性肿瘤组织中均有表达,在正常组织或良性组织中无表达或活性低。端粒酶及其组分在恶性肿瘤中的表达与端粒酶在恶性肿瘤中的表达有较好的相关性。因此,端粒酶和端粒酶组分均有望作为恶性肿瘤诊断检测的新的标志物。This article introduced telomere,telomerase,compo- nents of telomerase and their relation to cancer diagnosis. There is a high expression of telomerase activity in malignant tumors,but a low expression in most normal tissues and be- nign tumors.The expression of components of telomerase in malignant tumors corresponds with expression of telomerase activity in malignant tumors.Thus,telomerase activity and components of telomerase may be useful for the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
