摘　　要：阐述了在公私合作模式(PPP模式)下,政府对地铁票价制定的思路、方法和途经。针对政府管制中最关键的地铁票价政策进行了深入分析,提出了票价管制中政策目标的确定及模型的选择,并以北京地铁为例,进行了相应的实证分析。The idea, method and approach for the government to establish the metro fare in the public and private partnership (PPP) practice mode, are introduced. The key fare regulations of the government are ana- lyzed deeply. The policy goal and the pricing model of the fare regulations are put forward and are studied taking Beijing metro as an example.
