39例心得安试验心电图分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨我科心得安试验采取的操作方法的可靠性。方法　回顾分析 39例患者该试验的ECG。其方法为 :一次口服心得安 2 0mg ,服药前、服药后 1h、2h各描记一次ECG。判定试验结果并比较三个时间的校正最大Q -T期间 (Q -Tcmax)及其心率 (HR)。结果　阳性率 84 .6 % ( 33 39)、改善率 5.1% ( 2 39)、阴性率 10 .3% ( 4 39) ,1h、2h的Q -Tcmax缩短、HR减慢与服药前相比 ,P <0 .0 1,有非常显著性差异。 2hHR比 1h减慢 ,两者相比P <0 .0 1,也有非常显著性差异。结论　心得安试验操作方法绝大部分能满足 β -受体高灵敏患者的需要 ,但有必要进一步完善。Objective To explore the reliability of the operations used in Propranolol test. Methods ECG of 39 cases in the test was analyzed retrospectively. Every patient took orally 20mg Propranolol once. ECG was traced before and after taking medicine (1h and 2h). Q-Tcmax and Heart-Rate (HR) among three times were compared. Results The positive rate is 84.6% (33/39), and the improvement rate is 5.1% (2/39), negative rate is 10.3% (4/39). After taking medicine ,Q-Tcmax of 1h and 2h is shorter, HR is slower, HR of 2h is slower than that of 1h, with significantly difference ( P <0.01). Conclusions Such way of the test is conducive to the patients with high sensitive β-receptor,but should be perfected.
