摘　　要：研究了一种快速凝固的熔融金属取样器；其冷却速度可达１０５Ｋ／ｓ，凝固速度达６７．６ｍｍ／ｓ，传热系数达１０５（Ｗ·ｍ－２·Ｋ－１）．该装置能够实现在现场或实验室的熔融金属中不同部位抽取液淬．A molten metal sampler for the rapid solidifying with the cooling rate of 105 K/s, solidification rate of 6. 76 cm/s and the heat transfer coefficient 105 (W·M-2·K-1) is developed. The sampler can take the samples of molten metal from various depths of melting pot and make molten metal quickly quenched at the working spot and the laboratory.
