摘  要:目的 探讨前列腺良、恶性病变组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及其相关性研究。方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法,检测36例前列腺癌(PCa),20例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中EGFR、PCNA的表达情况。结果 BPH组EGFR阳性表达率高于PCa组(P<0.05);PCa组比BPH细胞增生活跃(P<0.01)。EGFR阳性表达的前列腺癌比EGFR阴性者细胞增殖活跃(P<O.05)。PCNA阳性表达随肿瘤分级增高而增高(P<0.05)。结论 PCNA可作为评估和判断前列腺癌细胞增殖状态、恶性度的参考指标之一。EGFR表达可能涉及到前列腺组织增生过程,在前列腺癌的发生中起一定作用。Objective To investigate the expression of EGFR and PCNA and their correlation in tissues of hyperplasia of prostate and prostatic cancer. Methods The expression of EGFR and PCNA were studied by means of immunohistochemical ABC technique in tissues of 20 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 36 cases of prostatic cancer (PCa) .Results Result showed that EGFR expression in BPH was significantly higher than that in PCa ( P < 0.05) .Active cell proliferation were increased in PCa than in BPH ( P < 0.01), as well as in EGFR prositive expression than negative EGFR expression group (P < 0.05) .Conclusions These results indicate that EGFR might be involved in the Hyperplasia process in BPH.The expression of EGFR might play a role in pathogene-sis of PCa. PCNA might serve as a marker in evaluation the active of cell proliferation and progression pathological grade of PCa.
