寒天印模材在后牙残冠残根修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察寒天印模材在后牙残冠、残根保存修复中的应用效果 ;方法 :对 10 7例患者共计 16 1颗后牙残冠、残根用寒天、藻酸盐印模材联合印模法取模 ,采用间接法制作铸造桩核并随后制作烤瓷冠或金属冠 ,并对修复体的质量观察。结果 :16 1颗后牙残冠、残根的铸造桩核就位顺利 ,边缘密合 ,烤瓷冠或金属冠边缘密合 ,固位良好。结论 :寒天印模材的应用为后牙残冠、残根的保存修复简化了操作 ,提高了精确度 。Objective:To observe the efficiency of Hantian alginate used in restoration of decoronated posterior tooth.Methods:With combination impression of Hantian alginate and irreversible alginate,the 161 decoronated posterion tooth of 107 cases were restorated with post and core porcelain or metal crowns. The results of prostheses were observed.Results:The 161 ports and cores were seated precisely, the porcelain or metal crowns margin was fitted well and the retention of crowns was good.Conclusion:With the combination impression of Hantian and irreversible alginate, the restoration of decoronated posterior tooth is simplified,the precision of crowns is high and the quality of restorations is improved.
