摘　　要：本文从认识“大众数学”观念下现代社会对数学教师提出的新要求入手,分析了高师数学专业学生应具备的素质和能力要素,并指出了在培养途径上应注意的几个问题。Starting with the new requirements of modern society for mathematics teachers,this paper analyses the qualities and abilities that mathematics majors should satisfy ,and points out several problems that should be paid attention to on the ways of developing them.
