摘　　要：信息时代 ,科学技术迅猛发展 ,如何适应市场经济 ,培养一批高素质的应用型人才 ,是职业院校自身生存和发展的需要。教师素质的高低 ,直接关系到学校教学水平和学生的质量 ,建设一支高素质的职教师资队伍 。With the rapid development of science and technology In this information times,for higher vocational colleges to adapt the market economy and train applied personnels with high qualitiesis the needs of its exlstence and development.The quality of teachers directly affect the quality of students.Therefore,the constructoin of high-level teaching staff is the necessary requirement of reform and development of vocational education.
