摘  要:目的:阐明丹参对成纤维细胞成骨功能的影响。方法:用皮肤纯化的成纤维细胞作体外培养,分丹参组与对照组,在扫描电镜下观察。结果:0.2%、0.3%浓度的丹参能明显促使成纤维细胞由梭形向鳞片形方向转化,细胞量增多,胶原合成分泌增加,但未见骨结节形成。结论:适当浓度的丹参对成纤维细胞有促增殖、促分化、增加其功能活性的作用,但不能作为诱导因子来诱导成纤维细胞成骨潜能的显示。To elucidate the effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(RSM)on the osteogenie potential of fibroblasts.Methods:Purified fibroblasts separated from the human skin were cultured in vitro,and were divided into two groups(RSM group and the control group). Their osteogenic potential of fibroblasts were observed under scanning electron microscope.Results:RSM at concentration of 0.2% and 0.3%,could promote the fibroblasts transferred from originally spindle shaped to squamous shaped,increased in amount and collagen se- cretion,but bone nodule formation was not found.Conclusion:RSM in proper concentration could accelerate the proliferation and differ- entiation of fibroblasts,and improve its function,but RSM couldn't be used as an inducing factor to induce fibroblasts to show its os- teogenic potential and form bone tissue.
