摘 要:本试验平均从每头水牛的卵巢上获得 4.58个卵母细胞 ,其中可用卵为 2 .97个 ,占 6 5% ,卵母细胞在数量和质量上都低于黄牛 ,差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。黄牛卵母细胞体外成熟、受精率显著高于水牛 (P <0 .0 5)The study was designed to evaluate the effects of area on ovarian follicle population and oocytes quality in buffalo and cattle. Results indicated that Hennan's buffalo had lower number population and poor quality compared to Anhui's buffalo (p<0.05),the oocyte of buffalo was lower number population and poor quality than cattle (p<0.01). And this study was to elucidate the possibility of applying bovine IVF procedure on buffalo IVF. Aspiration of 379 buffalo ovaries has provided an average of 4.58 oocytes per ovary, which is about 1/2 obtained from bovine ovary. The maturation rate (60%) and cleavage rate (25.1%) of buffalo oocytes were significantly lower (p<0.01) than those of cattle oocytes (72%,41.6%).
