摘　　要：目的 探讨速避凝治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及副作用发生率。方法 设实验组与对照组,实验组30例使用速避凝,对照组30例使用右旋糖酐。结果 速避凝组30例,显效率为90％,有效率为93％。对照组30例,显效率为47％,有效率为80％,速避凝除4例治疗局部青紫、1例牙龈出血外,无其他不良反应、结论 述避凝治疗急性脑梗死疗效肯定,副作用小。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and accidence of the side effect of LMWH in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Experimental group and control group were established in experimental group 30 patients were treated using LMWH matching with Dextran-40. Result In experimental group 27 patients were cured (98 %)and 28 patients were improved (47%). In control group 14 patients were cured (47%)and 24 patients were improved(80%). In experimental group 4 patients were found purpura and one patient was found gingival bleeding and no other ill-effect was found. Conclusion This finding suggested that the effect is apparent and side-effect is few in treating acute cerebral infarction with LMWH.
