NFL与CMF方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨米托蒽醌、5-Fu与大剂量的CF方案,治疗发生转移的晚期乳腺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法 75例患者接受NFL方案治疗,米托蒽醌12mg/m^2静脉滴注第1天,CF300mg/m^2静滴第1～5天;2小时内滴完后静滴5-Fu350mg/m^2第1～5天。另外75例接受CMF方案治疗,CTX600mg/m^2静推第1天,MTX40mg/m^2静推第1天,5-Fu600mg/m^2静脉滴注第1至第5天。均应用3周期以上。结果 NFL的缓解率明显高于CMF方案的缓解率(分别为58.63％,30.7％,P<0.05),中位生存期两组相似,毒副作用都能耐受。结论 NFL方案是治疗晚期乳腺癌的较佳方案,对晚期乳腺癌有较高的缓解率和较低的毒副作用。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and side-effect of combination Mitoxantrone(MXT), Fluo-rouracil(5-Fu), and high dose Leucovorin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods Seventy-five patients were treated with MXT 12mg/m2 iv on day 1, CF300mg iv on day 1-5;immediately preceding administion of 5-Fu 350mg/m2 iv on day 1-5,21 days a cycle for three cycles. Seventy-five patients received CMF:CTX600mg/m2 iv in bolus on day 1, MTX 40mg/ m2 iv in bolus on day1 ,and 5-FU600mg/m iv drip on day 1-5;21 days a cycle for three cycles. Results Patients treated with NFL had a higher response rate than patients with CMF, the response rate was 58. 63% and 30. 7% respectively, there was a signficance difference(P<0. 05). The median survival was similar for both group, and the side effects were tolerated. Conclusion NFL regimen is a good regimen for patients with advanced breast cancer, and the toxicites were lower.
