摘　　要：对高校体育素质与“全民健身计划”的内涵、相互联系及应该注意的问题进行了分析、阐述 ,旨在使体育工作者认识到高校体育素质教育与“全民健身计划”的协同实施已迫在眉睫。Qualification education at universities and colleges is closely related to “the Plan of National Health”.The paper is aimed at analyzing the relationship in order to make the people working on the sports aware of the importance to go on for qualification educaiton with“The plan of National Health” carrying out side by side.
