摘 要:目的?研制评定军校医学生群体的心理应激程度,甄别影响其身心健康的日常困扰情境的量化工具。方法:以某 军队医科院校的大学本科医学生为被试对象,经过量表测题的收集与整理、筛选和优化,形成军校医学生日常困扰评定量 (dailyhasslesratingscaleinmilitarymedicalstudents,DHRS-MMS),正式施测后,进行量表的信、效度检验。结果:DHR MMS的各项目与总分之间的相关系数为0.581~0.288;量表因子分与总分之间的相关系数为0.827~0.624。经过主成分 素分析,量表的43个项目归类为适应、丧失、经济、交往、学业和职业因子,可解释方差变异量的51.113%。DHRS-MMS总 度为0.911,各个因子的信度在0.857~0.650;总量表的分半信度为0.863,重测信度为0.891。DHRS-MMS总分、各因子分 流调中心用抑郁量表测量的总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:DHRS-MMS达到了心理测量学指标的基本要求,其评定 果可为制定预先心理健康教育措施提供参考。Objective:To develop a daily hassles rating scale for assessment of psychological stress and differentiation of daily hassles in military medical students(DHRS-MMS).Methods:The students in a military medical university were investi-gated.Items of DHRS-MMS were collected and optimized,and their reliability and validity were tested.Results:The coeffi-cients between items and the whole scale ranged from0.581-0.288,and the coefficients between factors and the whole scale were0.827-0.624.Six factors(adaptation,loss,economy,acquaintance,learning and job)were obtained in principal compo-nent analyses,accounting for51.113%of the total variance.Cronbach's-αcoefficients for total scales and factors ranged from 0.911to0.650.Guttman-Brown split-half coefficient and re-test coefficients for total scale were0.863and0.891.Correla-tions among total scale,factors of DHRS-MMS and CES-D were substantially positive(P<0.01).Conclusion:DHRS-MMS has good psychometric quality and can be used for military medical students.
