摘　　要：目的：研制一种替代进口凝聚胺试剂，用于ＩｇＧ类血型抗体的检测。　方法：用国内合成的聚胺阳离子材料（实验室代号：ＰＭＤＣ）研制的试剂，建立了用于检测ＩｇＧ血型抗体的快速ＰＭＤＣ检测方法。　结果：本法与其他方法相比，具有价廉、操作简单、准确、快速及灵敏度高等优点。　结论：ＰＭＤＣ快速测定方法可以有效地替代凝聚胺技术，用于血型鉴定、抗体检查及交叉配血。Objectives:To develop national reagents to replace import reagents of the polybrene technique for IgG blood group antibodies. Methods:Using developed reagents with national synthetic polycation meterial(laboratorial code name:PMDC).We established the rapid PMDC detective method for IgG blood group antibodies. Results:Compared with other methods,this method has many advantdges:cheap,simplicity, accuracy,rapidity and high sensitivity. Conclusions:The PMDC rapid detective method can substitute for polybrene technique effectively for blood typing, antibodies detection and cross matching.
