摘  要:目的和方法 观察电针对大鼠脊髓损伤 ( SCI)后的运动功能和组织形态学变化的影响。结果  SCI大鼠运动功能和斜面临界角明显下降 ;随着损伤后时间的延长 ,大鼠的运动功能和斜面临界角均有不同程度的恢复 ,但以针刺组恢复较为明显 ;组织形态学观察发现 ,针刺组的坏死面积明显减小 ,残存的神经组织较损伤对照组多。结论 针刺能明显地提高 SCI大鼠的运动功能 ,明显改善大鼠 SCI后的病理损害 ,促进受损脊髓神经元的修复 ,从而起到神经保护作用。Purpose and methods To investigate the effects of acupuncture on motor function and histomorphological changes after spinal cord injury(SCI) in rats.Results Motor function and slant critical angle were reduced after SCI in the rats. With prolongation of the time after the injury, motor function and slant critical angle recovered in different degrees in the rats, but the recovery was more obvious in the acupuncture group. Histomorphological observation found that in the acupuncture group, the necrosis area markedly decreased and the survival nervous tissues were more than those in the injury control group. Conclusion Acupuncture can notably improve motor function in SCI rats, markedly relieve the lesion after SCI in the rats and promote the repair of injured spinal neurons to play a role in protecting nervous tissues.
