摘 要:在IL—2/LAK疗法中,寻找高效低毒的LAK活性调节剂是十分重要的。本文选用细胞因子、多糖、化疗类来研究它们对LAK活性的影响。结果表明:IL—6、α-IFN、TNF-β在体外诱导中能增加LAK活性,对LAK增殖无影响;Len、Lps促进LAK活性;化疗药对LAK杀伤活性作用不同,CTX、ADM对LAK细胞杀伤活性无影响,MMC降低LAK活性。提示细胞因子、多糖在LAK疗法中具有应用价值。In order to screen agents, with more effective antitumor activity, less toxicity and up -regulating the activity of (LAK) cell, effects of cytokines, polysaccharides and some chemotherapeutic antitumor drugs on the activity of LAK cell were experimented. The results showed that interleukine - 6, α-interferon and β-tumor necrosis factor could enhance the induced activity of LAK cell in vitro, but they had no effects on the cell's proliferation. Lentinan and lipopolysaccharides also promoted LAK cell's activity. The chemotherapeutic drugs had different effects on LAK cell's activity. For example, LTX and ADM had no effects on killing activity of LAK cell, and MMC would decrease the activity of LAK cell. It is considered that cell factors and polysaccharides play the effective roles in LAK antitumor therapy.
