摘　　要：目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在聋(哑)患儿诊断中的价值。方法:使用美国VIKING IV型肌电/诱发电位系统对94例聋(哑)患儿进行了BAEP检查,并调查了氨基甙类抗生素注射史。结果:62例(66％)可能与注射氨基甙类抗生素有关,BAEP异常134只耳(71.3％)。结论:BAEP有助于判断聋(哑)患儿的残余听力。Objective:To explore the value of BAEP in the diagnosis of deaf-mutism children. Methods: BAEP were examined and histories injecting aminoglucoside antibiotics were investigated in 94 children with deaf-mutism. Results: 134 ears of 77 (71. 3%) patients were abnormal in BAEP, and the histories injecting aminoglucoside antibiotics were found in 62 (66%). Conclusion: BAEP is helpful for the detecting of residual audition of deaf-children with deaf-mutism.
