摘　　要：目的:研究探讨延髓背侧肿瘤手术的适应证和手术方法术后呼吸障碍监护治疗的重要性及方法。方法:总结我科从1994年以来手术治疗的经验和教训。结果:术后8例中,5例好转,2例无变化,1例死亡。。结论:外生型、局限性或有囊变的延髓背侧肿瘤,可以全部切除或次全切除。To study on the surgery indication and methods of the oblongatal dosal tumor (ODT) ,to discuss the importance and methods in the supervision and treatment to ODT's postoperative disfunction, eight cases with ODT operated during 1994 to 1997 were reviewed. In the eight cases five of them got better condition, two of them no changes, one died.It can be redical or secondary resected for the type of exogenic, regional or cystoid ODT
