摘　　要：“情绪商数”教育，在现代高等教育中已成为不可忽视的内容。在阐明“情绪商数”涵义的基础上，说明了其与高校德育工作的可融性，论述了进行“情绪商数”教育的对策。Emotional Quotient' education has become an important part that can't be neglected in themodern higher education. Based on the explanation of 'Emotional Quotient', the paper expounds the possibility of the integration of EQ education and moral education； strategies on enforcing EQ education are alsoproposed.
