57例海洛因依赖者血浆胃动素水平的变化

摘　　要：本文应用放免法对57例海洛因依赖者进行胃动素水平的测定。结果表明海洛因依赖者胃动素水平较正常组为高,治疗前与治疗后比,后者为低。与吸食量无相关性,与吸毒时间长短有明显相关性,戒断期间胃动素水平波动大,说明海洛因依赖者影响胃动素水平变化,从而导致胃肠功能紊乱。Level of plasmic motilin of 57 heroin addicts was determined by radioimmunoassay and compared with that of 43 normal subjects. The results showed that the concentration of these addicts' plasmic motilin was lower than that of the normal subjects, and was higher before treatment than that after treatment The change of the motilin's concentration did not correlate to the amount of heroin used, but correlated obviously to drug dependent time. During abstinence period, plasmic motilin's le vel fluctuated greatly. It is suggested that gastrointestinal dysfunction of these heroin addicts was related to plasmic motilin.
