摘　　要：孤立地研究专家系统和神经网络都存在一定的局限性〔１〕，现将专家系统和神经网络结合起来组成一个混合型的操作票专家系统，提出了神经网络阵和专家系统相结合的设计思想，认为两者结合，可充分发挥它们的长处，使人工智能在电力系统的应用取得新的进展。It is restricted to study expert system and nerve network respectively.A expert system with operation note is combination of expert system and nerve network.It raises the conceptions of nerve network matrix and expert system modules.The design ideas are stated that combine expert system with nerve network in electric power system.
