摘　　要：目的 观察rhIL-6对急性白血病原代细胞体外生长的作用。方法 应用MTT、CFU-L及间接免疫荧光法对18例急性白血病进行观察。结果 IL-6体外单独应用对急性白血病原代细胞无明显促增殖及诱导分化作用,但与G-CSF联合则常可抑制原代白血病细胞增殖。结论 IL-6与G-CSF联合用于化疗、放疗后的骨髓抑制更安全。Objective To study the effects of recombinant interleukin-6(rhIL-6)On blast cells proliferation in vitro. Methods MTT, CFU-L and indirect immune fluorescence were used in 18 patients with acute leukemias. Results Interleukin 6had slight growth-proliferative effect on most blast cells. IL-6 combined with G-CSF often inhibited blast cells growth of acute myeloblastic leukemias in vitro. Conclusion IL-6 and G-CSF used for the restoration of Chemotherapy-induced bone marrow inhibition may be safer than that of combinations of IL-6 with other growth factors in the study.
